How our holiday lighting service works, in plain English.
Full agreement provided with your written quote. This page is a short summary only; the agreement you sign with your quote is what applies.
Your quote and design
Before any work, you receive a written quote and design showing what we will light. Work is scheduled once you approve it in writing.
Full-Service Season
- We supply the lights, install them, handle service calls during the season and take them down after the holidays.
- The lights remain our property. We store them after takedown.
Install-Only
- We install and take down lights you own.
- We check your lights before hanging them. We don't repair or warranty customer-owned lights.
- Your lights are returned to you after takedown.
Scheduling and weather
Install and takedown dates are set in your quote. If weather makes roof or ladder work unsafe, we reschedule.
